Indications
- For symptoms such as cough, cold and throat catarrh.
- For supportive treatment of tracheal and bronchial catarrh (bronchitis) and persistent recurring catarrh.
- Contains essential oils from eucalyptus and resin balsam, as well as camphor, menthol and thymol.
LUUF® essential oils balm contains a high content of pure natural essential oils such as eucalyptus oil, mountain pine oil and pine needle oil. Camphor and menthol are also added in optimal doses. The healing aromatic vapours have an antispasmodic, germ-inhibiting effect and liquefy stuck mucus. The active ingredients soothe the urge to cough, make it easier to cough up and improve general well-being.
LUUF® essential oils balm contains the active ingredients eucalyptus essential oils and resin balsam from various types of pine as well as camphor, menthol and thymol.
Some of the active ingredients are absorbed through the skin and cause increased blood circulation, which creates a warming sensation. On the other hand, the essential oils are released from the treated parts of the body directly into the lungs as highly volatile components via the air we breathe.

Directions for use
Adolescents from the age of 12 and adults:
- Rubbing: rub approx. 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of balm (at least the size of a hazelnut) into the patient's neck, chest and back 2-3 times a day, preferably in the morning and evening. To improve the effect, cover these areas with pre-warmed cloths.
- Inhalation: Pour a hazelnut-sized amount (approx. 1/2 - 1 teaspoon) of balm into a container of hot water. Inhale the vapours for several minutes.
Children:
- LUUF® balms are designed for different age groups. Baby LUUF® essential oil balm should be used for babies and toddlers up to the age of 2. Children's LUUF® Balsam is available for the external treatment of colds in children from 2 to 12 years of age. If the symptoms last longer than 5 days or worsen during treatment, a doctor should be consulted.
Ingredients
1 g balm contains: 100 mg camphor, 27.5 mg menthol, 50 mg eucalyptus essential oil, 50 mg rectified turpentine essential oil, 30 mg mountain pine essential oil and 35 mg pine needle essential oil, 2.5 mg thymol.
