Indications
The indications are derived from the homeopathic drug pictures. The following indications are authorised for this medicinal product:
For the supportive treatment of acute and chronic coughs, such as
- Cough in flu-like infections
- Cough with bronchial catarrh
- Dry irritable cough
- Spasmodic cough
- Productive cough (cough with mucus formation)
Properties of the ingredients
- Grindelia (Grindelweed) is used to treat respiratory diseases with poorly soluble mucus. Viscous mucus hinders breathing, especially when lying down.
- Ammonium bromatum (ammonium bromide) is used especially for chronic laryngeal and pharyngeal catarrh.
- Antimonium sulphuratum aurantiacum (gold sulphur) acts on the upper and lower respiratory tract. It is mainly used as an expectorant for thick mucus accumulations in the morning.
- Bryonia (red berry or fenugreek) is used to treat acute complaints of the upper and lower respiratory tract, such as those that occur with colds.
- Cuprum aceticum (copper acetate) is used for various spasmodic complaints such as spastic coughs and asthmatic complaints with shortness of breath.
- Hyoscyamus (henbane) is used to treat spasmodic conditions of the respiratory tract.
- Ipecacuanha (ipecac) is a remedy frequently used in homeopathy with a lower respiratory tract action. Coughs with rattling mucus and shortness of breath are part of the remedy picture.
- Potassium iodatum (potassium iodide) has its place in homeopathy for catarrhs of the upper respiratory tract that are already chronic.
- Stannum iodatum (tin iodide) is used for chronic catarrhs, especially of the deep airways and bronchi.

- Adolescents from 12 years of age and adults: 21 drops up to 4 times a day throughout the day.
- Children from 6 to 12 years: 7 drops diluted in a little water up to 3 times a day throughout the day.
- Children from 3 to 6 years: 7 drops diluted in a little water up to 2 times a day throughout the day.
- Method of administration: Oral use. Spread the drops on the surrounding oral mucosa with the tongue or take diluted with water. If the symptoms improve, reduce the frequency of use.
- Duration of use: If you do not feel better or even worse after 5-7 days (48 hours for children), consult your doctor.

D6 2 g; Psychotria ipecacuanha (Ipecacuanha) Dil. D4 2 g; Potassium iodatum (Potassium iodatum) Dil. D6 2 g and Stannum iodatum Dil. D12 2 g.
- The other ingredients are: Ethanol 96% (alcohol), purified water.
