Ambroxol Genericon® 60 mg soluble tablets are a medicinal product containing the active substance ambroxol hydrochloride. It loosens congested and thickly adhering secretions from the bronchial wall and thus facilitates expectoration.

Ambroxol Genericon is used together with plenty of liquid for the expectorant treatment of acute and chronic diseases of the respiratory tract (bronchi and lungs) with thick mucus.

If you do not feel better or even worse after 4 to 5 days, consult your doctor.

If thick mucus in the bronchial tubes makes breathing difficult and a persistent cough torments you, Ambroxol Genericon® tablets help to gently but effectively clear the airways. Directions

Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over: 2 to 3 times daily ½ tablet (corresponding to 2 to 3 times daily 30 mg ambroxol hydrochloride). The effect can possibly be increased by taking 1 tablet twice a day (corresponding to 60 mg ambroxol hydrochloride twice a day).
Children under 12 years of age: Ambroxol Genericon 60 mg soluble tablets are not suitable for children under 12 years of age due to the high active substance content. Ambroxol Genericon solution with a lower active substance content is available for this purpose
Method and duration of use: To be taken after dissolution. The tablet can be divided into equal doses. Ambroxol Genericon is dissolved in a glass of water and can be taken with or without meals. If you do not feel better or feel worse after 4 to 5 days, consult your doctor.

Ingredients

The active ingredient is: ambroxol hydrochloride.
Each soluble tablet contains 60 mg ambroxol hydrochloride.
