WICK MediNait cold syrup for the night is an over-the-counter medicine and works effectively against 6 cold symptoms: Fever, headache, aching limbs, sore throat, runny nose and chesty cough.

WICK MediNait Cold Syrup contains:

Dextromethorphan hydrobromide, a cough suppressant that acts on the cough centre. It reduces the urge to cough without suppressing the necessary expectoration.
Ephedrine sulphate, an active ingredient that reduces swelling in the nasal mucosa, making it easier to breathe.
Doxylamine succinate, an active ingredient that reduces runny nose, among other things.
Paracetamol, a proven painkiller.

WICK MediNait Cold Syrup is used for the symptomatic treatment of common complaints such as headache, aching limbs or sore throat, fever, runny nose and dry cough caused by a cold or flu-like infection in adults and adolescents aged 16 and over.

If you do not feel better or even worse after 3 days, consult your doctor.

Directions for use

Adults and adolescents aged 16 years and over once daily 30 ml (as marked on the measuring jug) in the evening before going to bed.
The duration of therapy depends on the symptoms, but must not exceed 5 days.

Ingredients

The active ingredients are: Doxylamine succinate, ephedrine sulfa, dextromethorphan hydrobromide paracetamol. 30 ml contain: 7.5 mg doxylamine succinate, 8 mg ephedrine sulphate (= 6.2 mg ephedrine), 15 mg dextromethorphan hydrobromide, 600 mg paracetamol
The other ingredients are: Purified water, sucrose, ethanol 96%, glycerol, macrogol 6000, sodium citrate 2H2O, citric acid monohydrate, sodium benzoate, anethole, quinoline yellow (E 104), brilliant blue FCF (E 133)
