Directions
- Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over: one tablet twice daily. In severe cases, the dosage can be increased to one tablet three times daily after consultation with your doctor.
- Children under 12 years of age: Ambroxol Genericon 30 mg tablets are not suitable for use in children under 12 years of age due to the high active substance content. Ambroxol Genericon solution and Ambroxol Genericon juice are available for children under 12 years of age.
- Route and duration of administration: Oral use. Take the tablets after meals, unchewed with plenty of liquid. If you do not feel better or even worse after 4 to 5 days, consult your doctor. Note The mucolytic effect of Ambroxol Genericon is enhanced by drinking plenty of fluids. The break notch is only used to divide the tablet if you have difficulty swallowing it whole.
