LUUF® Naphazoline compositum Nasal Spray consists of a decongestant solution containing the active ingredient naphazoline, which rapidly reduces excessive mucus production and relieves the troublesome symptoms of a cold.
Diphenhydramine has an anti-irritant, local anaesthetic and anti-allergic effect on the mucous membrane. The unpleasant urge to sneeze is suppressed and nasal breathing is restored. The reduction in mucosal swelling also facilitates the drainage of secretions from the sinuses, thereby promoting the healing of inflammation.
Proven active ingredients naphazoline and diphenhydramine, with decongestant and anti-allergic effects, combined with naturally pure essential oils, as well as camphor and menthol.

Directions for use
- The recommended dose is: Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over: The usual dosage for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over is: 1–2 sprays into each nostril; up to 4 times a day. There should be an interval of approximately 3 hours between applications.
- Children: LUUF® Naohazolin compositum nasal spray must not be used in children under 12 years of age

1 ml of nasal spray contains: 1.0 mg naphazoline hydrochloride; 1.0 mg diphenhydramine hydrochloride and 0.1 mg benzalkonium chloride (preservative).
