Bronchiselect is suitable for the treatment of throat and bronchial infections. Selected natural medicinal substances liquefy the thick mucus, making it easier to cough up, regulate the urge to cough, widen the constricted bronchial tubes and alleviate inflammatory symptoms. Coughing up thick mucus is a natural process of the body that should not be suppressed by medication. This process is supported by Bronchiselect. Mucus-free, dry irritating coughs are alleviated, coughing fits are reduced and natural expectoration is restored.
Indications
The areas of application are derived from the homeopathic drug pictures. These include Inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract.
Drug pictures
- Drosera: dry, barking or spasmodic cough, with stabbing pains in the chest up to choking, in bronchitis, bronchial asthma, acute and chronic laryngitis
- Bryonia: for acute inflammatory processes of the respiratory tract such as rhinitis, bronchitis, tracheitis, also for spasmodic coughs
- Tartarus stibiatus: especially for bronchitis and similar illnesses with thick secretions that are difficult to cough up
- Spongia: for acute respiratory infections with a dry cough, hoarseness and difficulty clearing the throat, for a lumpy feeling in the throat
- Ipecacuanha: for dry cough with rattling mucus, bronchitis, whooping cough, bronchial asthma

How to use
Unless otherwise prescribed, adults and children over 12 years of age should take 5-10 drops 1 to 3 times a day; children between the ages of 6 and 12 should not take more than 2 / 3 of the adult dose. For risks and side effects, read the package leaflet and ask your doctor or pharmacist.
