Shipping within Austria

  • We deliver free of charge within Austria from € 50,-.
  • Up to an order value of € 49.99 we charge a shipping fee of € 4.90 Euro.
  • Express shipping within Austria € 14,90 (Attention: Only applies to products in stock for orders placed before 14:00. Delivery takes place the following day by 13:00, dispatch from Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays)

  • We only deliver non-prescription medicines authorised in Austria. Due to the current legal situation in Austria, it is unfortunately not possible for us to dispatch prescription-only medicines.   • We deliver free of shipping costs to Germany from € 100. Up to an order value of € 99.99, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of € 7.90 (shipping time: 5-7 working days).

Fast delivery

We deliver your ordered items safely and quickly to your desired address in Austria using Austrian Post. As a rule, your ordered goods will be dispatched on the same day or the next day and delivered 1-2 days later. If we do not have your desired item in stock, it will be dispatched within 5-7 days.


If a product you have ordered is not available or has to be procured, you will of course be informed immediately.
Please note that if you cancel an order, we will not cover the postage costs for returning goods that have already been delivered.
