Sinupret® Syrup sine – With an improved taste
Sinupret® Syrup sine is particularly suitable for children aged 2 years and over.
It loosens, opens and clears a blocked nose, thereby supporting recovery.
The alcohol-free, herbal syrup with a pleasant cherry flavour is, thanks to its liquid form,
easy for little ones with a runny nose to take. This helps your child sleep better and get back on their feet more quickly.

- Adults and young people aged 12 and over: 7.0 ml three times a day.
- Children aged 6–11 years: 3.5 ml three times a day.
- Children aged 2–5 years: 2.1 ml three times a day.
- Use in children: Use in children under 2 years of age is not recommended due to a lack of data.
- Method of administration: For oral use. A measuring cup is provided. Sinupret Syrup sine is taken three times a day (morning, midday and evening), either undiluted or mixed with a little water. If necessary, follow with a drink, preferably a glass of water. Sinupret Syrup sine can be taken with food, with drinks or between meals. People with a sensitive stomach should take Sinupret Syrup sine after a meal. Shake well before use.
- Duration of use: If you do not feel any better, or if your condition worsens, after 1 week, consult your doctor.
Ingredients
- The active ingredients are: 1 ml [equivalent to 1.2 g] of syrup contains 0.05 ml of liquid extract from 11 mg of a mixture of Gentiana lutea L., radix (gentian root), Verbena officinalis L., herba (verbena), Rumex L. sp., herba (sorrel), Sambucus nigra L., flos (elderflower), Primula veris L. and/or Primula elatior (L.) Hill, flos cum calycibus (cowslip flowers with calyxes) (1:3:3:3:3); Drug-to-Extract Ratio (DER) 1:5.6; Extracting agent: ethanol 59% (v/v).
- The other ingredients are: Maltitol solution (contains sorbitol), glycerol 85%, purified water, hydroxypropylbetadex, cherry flavouring, citric acid monohydrate and potassium sorbate.
