Directions for use
- Adults, adolescents and schoolchildren: 3 - 5 x 5 ml.
- Children from 1-5 years: 3 - 5 x 2.5 ml.
- Infants from 1-12 months: 1 - 2 x 2.5 ml. The use of Prospan - Cough Syrup in infants should only be carried out after consultation with a doctor. The use in infants under 1 month of age is not recommended as there is insufficient data available.
- Method of application: To be taken with the enclosed measuring cup. Shake the bottle well before each use!
- Duration of use: If the symptoms worsen or if there is no improvement after one week, you should consult a doctor.
Ingredients
- The active ingredient is: dried ivy leaf extract 2.5 ml liquid contains 17.5 mg dried ivy leaf extract. (Ratio of drug to extract 5 - 7.5 : 1; extractant: ethanol 30% (m/m)).
- The other ingredients are Sorbitol solution 70% (E 420, crystallising), potassium sorbate, anhydrous citric acid, xanthan gum, cherry flavouring, purified water.
