Nasal administration of a 100% natural seawater formula has many benefits:

Seawater contains trace elements such as copper, manganese, sulphur, zinc and magnesium, which are essential for the growth and balance of the nasal mucosa.

Areas of application

Sterimar Blocked Nose Baby Spray is a hypertonic solution of seawater with a higher salt concentration than that of the cells of the human body and clears the nose ("osmotic effect"). The natural and preservative-free Sterimar seawater solution utilises the recognised properties of mineral salts and trace elements from the sea and is enriched with copper and manganese.

Recommended for babies from 3 months and children to:

Decongestion of the nasal mucosa
Support the treatment of colds by rinsing out the nasal cavities

How to use

We recommend using STÉRIMAR Blocked Nose Baby two to six times a day until the nasal mucous membrane is decongested. Before the first application, spray once into the air, then the spray is ready for use.
Spray: Hold your head straight and carefully insert the spray head into the nostril. Spray one or two short bursts into each nostril. Let the excess solution run out of the nose and then blow the nose.
To rinse: Lay the baby on its back (up to 2 years) or sit down (from 2 years). Tilt the baby's head to the side (never backwards) and carefully insert the spray head into the upper nostril. Give a longer spray. Let the excess solution run out of the other nostril and then blow the nose. Repeat the process in the other nostril if necessary. Clean the spray head with hot water after each use. To prevent the transmission of pathogens, each bottle should only be used by one user at a time.

Ingredients

Composition: seawater, copper salt pentahydrate, manganese salt monohydrate, purified water. Aseptically packaged. Inert propellant gas: Nitrogen. The solution does not come into contact with nitrogen.
