Sinuselect N is a well-tolerated natural medicine for the treatment of acute and chronic inflammation of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses (sinusitis).
Sinusitis can develop from a simple cold and be accompanied by dizziness, nausea and persistent headaches (sinus catarrh). Sinuselect N eliminates the swelling of the mucous membranes, the mucous-clogged sinuses are emptied and the excess mucus is expelled without negatively affecting normal mucus production. Inflammation of the sinuses also subsides quickly. An anti-inflammatory effect reduces the risk of new infections. Unless otherwise prescribed, use should be continued after the symptoms have subsided in order to achieve lasting therapeutic success.
Indications for use
- The indications are derived from the homeopathic drug pictures. These include Improvement of the symptoms of sinusitis.
Drug pictures
- Calcium sulfuricum: promotes the flow of stagnant secretions, especially in purulent processes, relieves the feeling of pressure in the head
- Carbo vegetabilis: develops a vaso-swelling effect and improves the general constitution
- Cinnabaris: its central effect on the frontal sinus alleviates headaches and drowsiness, supports the drainage of mucus
- Hydrastis: deep-acting mucous membrane remedy, is mainly used for inflammation of the upper respiratory tract
- Potassium bichromicum: acts on the mucous membranes of the airways, also for dizziness and nausea
- Silicea: for colds, is used for rhinitis, sinusitis, bronchitis, conjunctivitis, also for a tendency to suppuration
- Thuja: for recurring inflammatory processes such as rhinitis, sinusitis, tonsilitis, bronchitis and bronchial asthma

How to use
Unless otherwise prescribed: In acute conditions, take 5 drops every half hour to an hour, a maximum of 6 times a day. For chronic conditions, take 5 drops 1 to 3 times a day. For risks and side effects, read the package leaflet and ask your doctor or pharmacist.
