Travelgum 20 mg chewing gum coated tablets are a medicine for travel sickness with the active ingredient dimenhydrinate. The chewing gum lozenges reduce nausea and the urge to vomit.

Use
- In the case of known travel sickness, a chewing gum containing the active ingredient should be chewed for about 10 minutes 15 - 30 minutes before travelling. If the first symptoms (nausea and vomiting) occur despite the use of a chewing gum containing the active ingredient, a second chewing gum containing the active ingredient can be used.
- Children from 6 to 14 years: The recommended dose is a maximum of 3 pieces of chewing gum containing the active ingredient per day. The interval between individual doses of chewing gum should be about 8 hours.
- Adults and adolescents aged 14 and over: The recommended dose is a maximum of 6 pieces of chewing gum containing the active ingredient per day. The interval between individual doses of 1 - 2 chewing gums should be about 8 hours.
- Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect of Travelgum 20 mg - Chewing gum lozenges is too strong or too weak.

- The active substance is: dimenhydrinate.
- The other ingredients are: Chewing gum core: aspartame, dextrin, chewing gum base (isobutylene/isoprene copolymer, petroleum wax, polyvinyl acetate, polyethylene, polyisobutylene, synthetic terpene resins, glycerol monostearate, calcium carbonate, butylated hydroxytoluene, traces of soya lecithin), hydrogenated fat, magnesium oxide, magnesium stearate, levomenthol, Eudragit S 100, Eudragit S 12.5, natural peppermint flavour, saccharin sodium, silica, sorbitol, sucrose, talc, titanium dioxide, white beeswax.
