Buscopan plus Paracetamol film-coated tablets are a medicine used to treat cramp-like pain in the gastrointestinal tract, the biliary and urinary tracts, and the female reproductive organs during menstruation.

Directions for use
- The recommended dose for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age is 1 film-coated tablet three times a day. If necessary, a single dose of 2 film-coated tablets may be taken.
- Do not exceed a maximum daily dose of 4 film-coated tablets. There should be an interval of at least 8 hours between doses.
- Method of administration: For oral use. The film-coated tablets should be swallowed whole with sufficient liquid. The score line is not intended for splitting the tablet.
- Duration of use: Without medical advice, Buscopan plus Paracetamol 10 mg/500 mg film-coated tablets should not be taken for longer than 3 days.
Ingredients
- The active ingredients are: 10 mg hyoscine N-butyl bromide and 500 mg paracetamol per film-coated tablet.
- The other ingredients are: Tablet core: ethylcellulose, highly dispersed silica, magnesium stearate, maize starch, microcrystalline cellulose, carmellose sodium; tablet coating: dimethicone, hypromellose, macrogol 6000, methacrylic acid–methyl methacrylate copolymer, talc, titanium dioxide (E171).
