- Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over: At the start of treatment and for acute symptoms: take 10 drops every half hour to every hour, either undiluted or in a little water (up to 12 times a day). For chronic symptoms: Take 10 to 20 drops, either undiluted or in a little water, 3 times a day. As symptoms improve, reduce the frequency of use.
- Children aged 6 to 11 years: At the start of treatment and for acute symptoms: take 5 drops in a little water every half hour to every hour (up to 12 times a day). For chronic symptoms: take 5 drops in a little water 3 times a day. As symptoms improve, reduce the frequency of use.
- Use in children: Use in children under 6 years of age is not recommended due to a lack of data.
- Method of administration: For oral use. Apply the drops directly onto the tongue and spread them around the mouth with the tongue, or take them with a little liquid. Children under 12 years of age should always take the drops with a little liquid.
- Duration of use: If you do not feel any better or actually feel worse after 7 days, consult your doctor. The duration of treatment depends on the specific clinical presentation. Treatment should continue at least until the symptoms have completely subsided, preferably for a further 3 to 4 days.
