Dosage
- Adults and adolescents over 12 years: 15 ml 4 times a day.
- Children from 4 to 11 years: 10 ml 4 times a day.
- Duration of use: If you do not feel better or even worse after 1 week, consult your doctor.
- Route of administration: Oral Use: Can be taken undiluted or diluted with water. The enclosed 30 ml measuring cup with a 2 ml or 2.5 ml scale is used for dosing. The bottle is sealed with a childproof cap. To open, press the cap down while turning it anti-clockwise.
- Note for diabetics: 10 ml contain 11.05 g of maltitol solution corresponding to approx. 0.9 bread units (BE). If you have to follow a diabetic diet, you should take this into account. The calorie value is 2.3 kcal/g maltitol. Maltitol can have a slight laxative effect.
Ingredients
- The active ingredient is liquid extract of thyme. 100 ml contain 6.5 g liquid extract of thyme (Thymi herba), drug-extract ratio 1:2-3, extractant ammonia solution 10% (m/m) : glycerol 85% (m/m) : ethanol 90% (V/V) : water (1:10:70:109).
- The other ingredients are citric acid anhydrous, sodium benzoate (E 211), potassium sorbate, sodium citrate dihydrate, maltitol solution, purified water, ethyl alcohol/water mixture.
