- Use in children: The use of PEFRAKEHL D3 in children under 12 years of age is not recommended due to a lack of data.
- Method of administration: For insertion into the rectum (rectal use).
- Duration of use: If you do not feel any better or actually feel worse after 3–4 days, consult your doctor.

- The active ingredient is: 1 suppository contains 0.2 g of Candida parapsilosis e volumine cellulae (lyophilised, sterile) D3.
- The other ingredients are: hard fat, lactose monohydrate.
