Sinomarin® Children’s Nasal Spray contains a 100% natural, hypertonic seawater solution with a patented concentration of 2.3% sodium chloride! Ideal for colds, allergies and dry indoor air.

Sinomarin® is a 100% natural, clinically tested decongestant nasal spray. It contains a hypertonic seawater solution with a patented concentration of 2.3% sodium chloride (NaCl).

Sinomarin® reduces swelling of the nasal mucous membranes through the natural effect of osmosis. Sinomarin® is rich in beneficial seawater constituents (minerals and trace elements) which help to reduce swelling of the nasal mucous membranes. In addition, these marine minerals also have antiseptic and antibacterial effects.

The physiological salt concentration in the nasal mucosa is 0.9 per cent. As Sinomarin is hypertonic (2.3 per cent), a natural osmotic effect is triggered as soon as Sinomarin® comes into contact with the mucous membranes. This effect draws excess fluid out of the cells of the nasal mucosa.
