Dosage form
Directions for use
- Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over: 12-15 drops
- Children between 6 and 12 years: 5-10 drops
- Children from 1 to 6 years: 4-7 drops
- Children from 6 to 12 months: 2-4 drops - For acute conditions: every half hour to an hour, maximum 6 times a day - For chronic conditions: 1-3 times a day
- The frequency of use should be reduced as the symptoms improve.
- Route of administration: Oral use: The counted drops should be diluted in a glass with a little water.
- Duration of use: If you do not feel better or even worse after 2 days, consult your doctor. Otovowen® should not be taken for longer than 2 weeks.
- Use in children: Use in children under 6 months of age is not recommended, use in children under 1 year of age should only take place after consultation with a doctor.
Ingredients
- The active ingredients per 100 ml are: Aconitum napellus Dil. D6 0.75 ml; Capsicum annuum Dil. D4 0.75 ml; Chamomilla recutita Ø 2.25 ml; Echinacea purpurea Ø 7.50 ml; Hydrargyrum bicyanatum Dil. D6 0.75 ml; Hydrastis canadensis Dil. D4 0.75 ml; Iodum Dil. D4 0.75 ml; Natrium tetraboracicum Dil. D4 0.75 ml; Sambucus nigra Ø 2.25 ml; Sanguinaria canadensis Ø 0.75 ml.
- The other ingredients are: ethanol, purified water (total alcohol content approx. 53% by volume).
- 1 ml (= 0.93 g) corresponds to approx. 27 drops
