COLDAMARIS plus nasal spray, 20 ml

The nose is the most common route of infection for viruses that trigger colds (flu-like infections). Flu-like infections are caused by viruses such as rhinoviruses and coronaviruses. Once cold viruses have entered the nose, they can attach themselves to the mucous membrane. This is where the viruses multiply and spread. Coldamaris plus contains iota-carrageenan (Carragelose®) and kappa-carrageenan and forms a moisturising protective film on the nasal mucosa. This film acts as a physical barrier against external influences, such as the penetration of cold viruses. The lasting moisturisation can therefore prevent the development of a cold. Carrageenan is a natural active ingredient obtained from red algae.

Coldamaris plus can also shorten or reduce the duration of virus-related cold symptoms and reduce the recurrence of virus-related cold symptoms.

Coldamaris plus is used to support the treatment of colds with a viral cause and for the prolonged moisturisation of the nasal mucosa and thus for the prevention and supportive treatment of all complaints resulting from dry or irritated nasal mucosa.

Coldamaris plus is sterile and contains no preservatives. Thanks to the special filter system of the spray attachment, the solution remains sterile even after repeated use.

How to use

• For nasal congestion, spray one puff into each nostril several times a day. Remove the protective cap before use and, if necessary, pump until an even spray mist emerges. The Coldamaris nasal spray is now ready for use. Insert the spray head carefully and not too deeply into the nose to avoid injury. Hold the spray bottle upright while spraying and replace the protective cap after use.

Ingredients

1 ml solution contains 1.2 mg iota-carrageenan (Carragelose®) and 0.4 mg kappa-carrageenan, sodium chloride and purified water.
