COLDAMARIS lozenges form a protective moisturising film in the mouth and throat. The Carragelose® they contain provides long-lasting moisture and supports the body’s natural defence against cold viruses.

COLDAMARIS lozenges help with a dry mouth

For use alongside treatment for viral infections of the upper respiratory tract and to moisturise the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat. Contains the natural active ingredient Carragelose®. Sugar-free, with a honey flavour.

The mucous membranes of the mouth and throat can only fulfil their natural function as a barrier against external influences if they are sufficiently moisturised. Coldamaris lozenges contain the active ingredient iota-carrageenan (Carragelose®), derived from red algae. Carragelose® forms a moisturising protective film on the throat lining. The natural film of moisture that forms whilst sucking the lozenge is also stabilised by the viscosity-enhancing properties of Carragelose® and remains on the lining for longer.

For the prevention and treatment of coughs, sore throats and hoarseness

Coldamaris lozenges are used to moisturise the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat, e.g. in cases of dry air, coughs or hoarseness; to prevent and provide supportive treatment for all symptoms resulting from dry or irritated oral and throat mucous membranes, such as those caused by smoking, prolonged speaking or singing; and for use alongside treatment for viral infections of the upper respiratory tract. 

Coldamaris lozenges are sugar-free and have a honey flavour.

Directions for use

• Suck one lozenge several times a day, as required, usually 3–6 lozenges a day. 
• Suitable for use in children and adolescents aged 6 years and over, and adults.

Ingredients

1 lozenge contains 10 mg carrageenan (Carragelose®), isomalt, yellow colouring, flavourings (honey, menthol, lemon mint).
