With its fine spray mist, Doppelherz Seawater Cold Spray is a gentle aid - also as an accompanying treatment for the upper respiratory tract - for nasal cavities, sinuses and the sensitive nasal mucosa.
For colds and hay fever, Doppelherz Seawater Cold Spray provides gentle support: the isotonic sea salt solution moisturises and cleanses the nasal mucosa in dry or dust and pollen-laden noses.
Natural essential oils support free breathing and provide a pleasant feeling of freshness immediately after use.
The combination of ingredients in Doppelherz Seawater Cold Spray moisturises the irritated nasal mucosa, prevents the nose from drying out and helps the cold to subside.
Isotonic sea salt solution plus mint oil and eucalyptus oil
The salt content of the sea water has been reduced (isotonicised). As a result, the physical properties of the seawater cold spray correspond to the salt content of our nasal mucosa cells and drying out can be prevented.
Unlike synthetic nasal sprays, the medical product Doppelherz Seawater Cold Spray does not cause dependency or habituation effects, making it suitable for long-term use. Also suitable for children and infants from 6 years of age.
When is Double Heart Seawater Cold Spray used?
- To moisturise the nasal mucosa in the case of a dry nose.
- To cleanse the nasal mucosa in the event of increased exposure to pollen and house dust.
- For the supportive treatment of rhinitis and hay fever.

Directions for use
- Children from 6 years and adults: Apply 1 - 2 sprays. Apply up to 10 times a day as required into each nostril, inhaling gently through the nose (0.14 ml per spray). If you are treating the nasal area with other products at the same time, you should apply Double Heart Seawater Cold Spray one hour beforehand.
- Duration of use: If your symptoms worsen or if there is no improvement after 7 days, you should consult a doctor. If necessary, Double Heart Seawater Cold Spray can be used until the symptoms subside (maximum 30 days without interruption).

Composition: 1 ml solution contains: 1 ml isotonic sea salt solution corresponding to a 0.9 % sodium chloride solution, consisting of sea salt solution, eucalyptus oil, mint oil, gum arabic, citric acid.
