- What helps with hoarseness and loss of voice? The most important thing for hoarseness is to protect your voice. Lozenges that put a protective film on the vocal cords (e.g. with Icelandic moss such as Isla or hydrogel complexes such as VOICLA) have a supportive effect.
- What is the difference between sore throat tablets? There are different modes of action: Some (e.g. Tantum Verde) have a primarily anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. Others (e.g. Dorithricin) have a disinfectant/local antibacterial effect. Still others (e.g. Strepsils) offer a combination of disinfectant and anaesthetic effects.
