Prosta Urgenin® capsules are a herbal medicine used to help treat mild urinary symptoms in men. The capsules contain a high-dose extract of saw palmetto fruit.
Prosta Urgenin capsules are a herbal medicine made from saw palmetto fruit. The extract from this fruit is used, for example, to treat symptoms caused by a benign enlargement of the prostate. It can alleviate symptoms such as frequent urination in small amounts, urinary urgency or night-time urination, and a feeling of urgency, and can improve urine flow as well as reduce residual urine in the bladder.
Prosta Urgenin is intended for use by adult men aged 18 and over. If you do not feel any better, or if your condition worsens, after 6 months, consult your doctor.

Directions for use
- The recommended dose is 1 capsule once daily.
- Method of administration: Swallow the capsule whole with sufficient liquid. It should always be taken at the same time of day, preferably with a regular meal.
- Duration of use: If you do not feel any better, or if you feel worse, after 6 months, consult your doctor.

- What Prosta Urgenin contains – The active ingredient is: saw palmetto fruit extract (Sabalis serrulatae fructus) [Drug-to-Extract Ratio (DEV) 8.0–9.52 : 1, extraction solvent: 90% ethanol (v/v)]. 1 soft capsule contains 320 mg of extract.
- The other ingredients are: succinylated gelatine; glycerol; purified water; traces of medium-chain triglycerides and Phosal 53 MCT.
