- Saw palmetto fruit: restricts the transfer of fluid from the blood into the tissue, thereby slowing the enlargement of the prostate. In addition, saw palmetto alleviates problems with urination through its relaxing effect.

- Men aged 18 and over: 1 capsule twice daily.
- Use in children and adolescents: There is no indicated use in children and adolescents.
- Method of administration: For oral use. The capsules should be swallowed whole with a full glass of water in the morning and evening, either with or after meals, to prevent the capsule from dissolving prematurely.
- Duration of use: An improvement is expected after four weeks. If you do not feel any better or even feel worse after 4 weeks, consult your doctor.

- What Prostagutt duo contains 1 capsule contains: The active ingredients are: 160 mg of saw palmetto fruit extract (Sabalis serrulatae fructus), drug-to-extract ratio 10–14.3:1, extraction solvent: 90% ethanol (m/m) and 120 mg dry extract of stinging nettle root (Urticae radix), drug-to-extract ratio 7.6–12.5:1, extraction solvent: 60% ethanol (m/m).
- The other ingredients are: gelatine polysuccinate; glycerol; hard fat; highly dispersed silicon dioxide; hydrogenated soya oil; Patent Blue V (E 131); yellow iron oxide (E 172); black iron oxide (E 172).
