- Cranberries are rich in certain secondary plant substances (proanthocyanidins) which, among other things, give them their intense red colour.
- Collagen is quantitatively the most important protein in our organism. It is the main component of most connective and supporting tissues and determines their properties.
- Aronia (chokeberry) is a small purple, almost black berry that originates from North America and has a tart, slightly bitter flavour.

Chromium is involved in the normal metabolism of macronutrients and contributes to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels. Molybdenum contributes to the normal metabolism of sulphur-containing amino acids.
- Nerves: The best possible supply of vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, biotin, niacin and the essential mineral magnesium contributes to the normal function of the nervous system. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance and zinc to normal cognitive function.
- Skin, hair, nails and connective tissue: Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation and thus to normal skin function and manganese is involved in normal connective tissue formation. How to use
- Take 1 tablet once a day with a main meal and sufficient liquid.
- Advice: Not suitable for children and adolescents. Do not take in the case of iron storage disease and iron utilisation disorders. From an amount of 3.5 mg zinc per day, the intake of other zinc-containing food supplements should be avoided.
