Doppelherz system A-Z + OMEGA-3 is the practical solution for anyone who wants an all-round supply of selected vitamins, minerals, trace elements and omega-3 fatty acids in one capsule. The product also contains 500 mg omega-3 concentrate with a high content of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, thus providing a comprehensive nutritional supplement - all-in-one.

Vitamins A, C and D as well as the trace elements zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system. In addition to their function for the body's defences, vitamin C, zinc and selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism.

Magnesium supports the normal function of muscles and the nervous system. Iron plays a role in the normal formation of red blood cells and contributes to normal oxygen transport in the blood.

Omega-3 fatty acids: an important part of a healthy diet

The omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) contribute to the maintenance of normal heart function with a daily intake of 250 mg. With a daily intake of 250 mg, DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. However, the supply of these vital, long-chain, polyunsaturated fatty acids is not optimal for all people. Just one capsule a day supports a good supply of valuable nutrients and omega-3 fatty acids in the event of an increased requirement and thus makes a contribution to health.

Take 1 capsule once a day with a meal and sufficient liquid.
Note: Not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers. From a quantity of 3.5 mg zinc per day, the intake of other zinc-containing food supplements should be avoided.
