How to use
- Do not stress your body unnecessarily by choosing a water temperature that is too hot for your alkaline bath. The ideal temperature for an alkalising bath is 35-38 degrees Celsius. If the bath water cools down during the alkalising bath, you can add hot water.
- Do not add any classic bath preparations such as bubble baths or oil baths to the water for the alkaline bath. Only the alkaline bath additive should be added to the body-warm alkaline bath. It is possible to add a few drops of essential oils.
- The duration of the bath plays an important role in terms of the effect, as the osmosis begins to take effect after around half an hour. You should therefore allow 1 - 2 hours for an alkaline bath and the resting phase.
- You should not shower after the alkaline bath. Either leave the alkaline water to dry on your skin or gently pat yourself dry with a towel.
- If you don't have access to a bath, you can also achieve the same effect in the shower. Rub the moisturised skin with the alkaline mixture and leave to soak in for a few minutes.
