The clear vegetable soup contains fully ripe dried vegetables such as carrots or parsnips and selected Hildegard spices such as hyssop and galangal.

Directions
Add 1 heaped teaspoon (6 g) of soup powder to 1/4 litre of water, bring to the boil while stirring - done. Also ideal for flavouring and refining. 5 litres of soup.
