Seewald Ortho BIO Reishi Extract GLÄNZENDER LACKPORLING capsules are a dietary supplement containing organic reishi extract and vitamin C. Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is a medicinal mushroom traditionally used in TCM.

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), also known as Ling Zhi or shiny lacquer mushroom, is an important medicinal mushroom from Japan and China. It prefers to grow on dead wood from deciduous trees such as oak and maple in temperate to tropical climates.

Valued for over 4,000 years, in ancient times it was regarded as the "herb of immortality" and is often referred to as the "divine mushroom of spiritual power", as it is said to have the ability to balance yin and yang. Until recently, the mushroom was little known due to its limited availability and high cost. Today, efficient cultivation allows access to its valuable bioactive compounds such as polysaccharides, beta-glucans and triterpenes triterpenes, which facilitate its traditional applications to promote well-being.

BIO Amla extract is standardised to 50% vitamin C and, according to the latest research, is particularly characterised by its sustained bioavailability and good tolerability - it is a suitable source of vitamin C for people with sensitive stomachs or histamine sensitivity.
