Mastu® suppositories are a medical product for use in haemorrhoids. Mastu® suppositories relieve symptoms such as irritation, itching, burning and oozing that often occur in connection with haemorrhoidal disorders and promote wound healing.

Mastu® suppositories without bufexamac relieve irritation, itching, burning and oozing, which often occur in connection with haemorrhoids and can impair bowel movements. The formulation with titanium dioxide and basic bismuth gallate has an astringent and drying effect and also promotes wound healing in the affected areas of skin.

When and how should you use Mastu® suppositories?

Insert 1 suppository into the anus or bowel twice a day - preferably after a bowel movement. Mastu® suppositories should not be used for more than 30 days.

Insert 1 suppository twice a day into the anus or bowel
Note: Mastu® suppositories must not be used if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to any of the ingredients of the preparation.
Please note: You should not use Mastu® suppositories if you have or suspect blood in your stool or if you have a fever or pain at the same time and should consult your doctor. Please also talk to your doctor if you have persistent complaints of haemorrhoids. The preparation is intended exclusively for use in the anal area and must not be ingested.

Composition: Basic bismuth gallate, hard fat, highly dispersed silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide (E171).
