Kijimea® Irritable Bowel PRO capsules are a medical product for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with the typical symptoms of diarrhoea, abdominal pain and flatulence. The bifidobacterium HI-MIMBb75 it contains helps to stabilise the intestinal flora.

How does Kijimea® Irritable Bowel PRO work?

Today, experts believe that the most common cause of recurring intestinal complaints is a damaged intestinal barrier. This is because even the smallest damage (so-called micro-lesions) is sufficient to allow pathogens and harmful substances to penetrate the intestinal wall. As a result, the enteric nervous system is irritated, which can lead to the typical symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. The quality of life of those affected is also often restricted.
Kijimea® Irritable Bowel Syndrome PRO contains the unique bifido bacterial strain B. bifidum HI-MIMBb75: Extensive ^studies1 have shown that it attaches itself to the intestinal barrier - like a plaster over a wound.
The special idea: the intestinal barrier can regenerate itself under this plaster and the intestinal discomfort can subside.

Compatibility

Kijimea® Irritable Bowel Syndrome PRO contains no preservatives, sweeteners, flavourings, lactose, fructose or gluten and is vegan and also suitable for patients with diabetes.

Directions for use

For adults: Take two capsules of Kijimea® Irritable Bowel PRO once daily without chewing with sufficient liquid (e.g. a glass of water).
For children: There is no evidence against taking Kijimea® Irritable Bowel PRO for newborns and children.
We recommend taking Kijimea® Irritable Bowel PRO for at least four weeks, preferably twelve weeks. Initial relief of symptoms should be noticeable after about one week of regular use.

Ingredients

Kijimea® Irritable Bowel PRO capsules contain the heat-inactivated bifido bacterial strain B. bifidum HI-MIMBb75.
The other ingredients are: Maize starch, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, copper-containing complexes of chlorophyllins.
