It is used for the treatment of short-lasting (acute) diarrhoea that cannot be treated with other
measures (diet, replacement of water and salts) and where the administration of
administration of antibiotics is not indicated.
IMODIUM® acute 2 mg orodispersible tablets help with acute diarrhoea. No water is required for ingestion. The melting tablets dissolve on the tongue in seconds. This is particularly practical if you are travelling or have difficulty swallowing. With a fresh mint flavour.
