Supplies the body with alkaline minerals and valuable trace elements. For times of increased physical and/or mental stress or during an active lifestyle. The minerals and trace elements support the body in its function and performance and contribute to a balanced acid-base balance.

Physiological function of the nutrients

Zinc contributes to normal DNA synthesis, normal fertility and normal reproduction. Zinc also contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair, nails and bones. Zinc contributes to normal metabolic processes of fatty acids, carbohydrates, macronutrients and vitamin A. The contribution to normal cognitive abilities and normal acid-base metabolism is also important.
Calcium contributes to normal blood clotting, normal function of digestive enzymes, normal energy metabolism and normal signalling between nerve cells. The mineral is also required for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Calcium has an important function in cell division and specialisation.
Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. The mineral has a function in cell division and contributes to normal energy metabolism plus normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal protein synthesis, normal muscle function and electrolyte balance.

Directions

Dissolve one measuring spoon (1 ML = 5 g) 2 x daily in 1/8 litre of warm water and allow to bubble out. Then top up with water or tea (cold or warm) up to a total of at least ¼ litre.
