• Adults aged 18 and over: 1 film-coated tablet daily.

• Route of administration: Oral use. Take the film-coated tablet whole with sufficient liquid at mealtimes. It should be taken as regularly as possible.
• Duration of use: As the effect of the medicine builds up gradually, Dr Böhm® St John's Wort forte should be taken consistently. The onset of effect can be expected within 4 weeks of treatment. If you do not feel better or even worse after 6 weeks, consult your doctor.
