Styrian oil pumpkin - not all pumpkins are the same. Only the pumpkin species Cucurbita pepo styriaca (Styrian oil pumpkin) produces soft-shelled pumpkin seeds. They are used to produce the popular pumpkin seed oil, which is rich in minerals and trace elements. However, according to scientific studies, the water-soluble substances in pumpkin seeds are particularly valuable for the bladder and prostate. These substances are extracted from the pumpkin seeds in a special process and processed as concentrated extracts in Dr Böhm® Pumpkin only once a day.
