Doppelherz Hot Sage + Honey + Menthol is quick and easy to prepare thanks to the individual sachets and has a pleasantly aromatic flavour. During the colder months, it provides warmth from within as a hot drink. But it can also be enjoyed as a refreshing cold drink during the warmer summer months.

Sage has long been prized in southern Europe and the eastern Mediterranean region – but the plant was also known to the ancient Egyptians. The fresh or dried leaves of sage are characterised by an aromatic flavour.

One sachet of Doppelherz Hot Sage provides 390 mg of sage leaf extract, 300 mg of vitamin C, 5 mg of zinc, 2 mg of vitamin B2 and 6 mg NE of niacin.

Single-serving sachet

Directions for use

Each day, pour the contents of 1 sachet into a cup, add hot water (150 ml) that is no longer boiling, stir and drink. Also suitable as a cold drink.
Notes: If your daily intake of zinc exceeds 3.5 mg, you should avoid taking any further zinc-containing food supplements. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
