Doppelherz Hot Turmeric + Manuka Honey is quick to prepare and has a pleasantly aromatic flavour. During the colder months, it provides warmth from within as a hot drink.

As our bodies cannot produce certain nutrients, such as vitamin C and the trace element zinc, they rely on a regular intake through our diet. The body can produce vitamin D itself through regular exposure of the skin to sunlight. However, in our latitudes, this natural production is often insufficient, particularly during the winter months.

Vitamins C and D, and zinc, contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Turmeric has been valued in Asia for a very long time. However, turmeric is now also well known in Europe. When turmeric is used as a spice, the ground rhizome of the plant is used. This rhizome has a striking colour. Manuka honey has been prized for centuries by the indigenous peoples of New Zealand for its properties. Manuka honey from New Zealand, with its distinctive flavour, rounds off this dietary supplement.

Each sachet of Doppelherz Hot Turmeric + Manuka Honey contains a carefully balanced combination of 300 mg of vitamin C, 5 mg of zinc, as well as vitamin D and turmeric root extract.

Directions for use

Each day, add the contents of 1 sachet to a cup, pour over hot (but not boiling) water (150 ml), stir and drink. Also suitable as a cold drink.
Notes: Not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers. If you are taking medication at the same time, you should discuss consumption with your doctor. If your daily intake of zinc exceeds 3.5 mg, you should refrain from taking any further zinc-containing food supplements.
