- Magnesium is an important trace element for the body. It is involved in numerous metabolic processes and controls more than 300 different biochemical processes in the body as a so-called co-factor of enzymes. Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal mental function, reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal muscle function, normal function of the nervous system and electrolyte balance. It also has a function in cell division.

Dosage form
Directions for use
- Adults: Take 1 stick 1 to 2 times a day.
- Adolescents aged 12 and over: take 1 stick once a day.
- Place the granules directly on the tongue, they dissolve quickly and can be swallowed without liquid.
- Not suitable for children.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding: There may be an increased need for magnesium, especially during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The preparation is therefore very suitable, but consultation with a doctor is recommended.
- Advice on taking: Taking it before meals improves the absorption of magnesium. Do not take with milk or dairy products, as this can impair the absorption and effectiveness of magnesium.
- Important information: Suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Sugar-free preparation, also suitable for diabetics and vegans, free from lactose, glucose and fructose. magnomed® Magnesium Pur Sticks are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not suitable as the sole source of nutrition. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a dry place, protected from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children.

- Ingredients: tri-magnesium citrate, sorbitol* (sweetener), granulated magnesium oxide, citric acid anhydrous (acidifier), sodium hydrogen carbonate, lemon flavouring, sucralose (sweetener) *may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.
- Composition per stick %NRV*: Magnesium 375 mg 100 % of which magnesium oxide 250 mg of which magnesium citrate 125 mg. *NRV= nutrient reference values according to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011.
