Viburcol® children's suppositories is a homeopathic combination medicine for the treatment of restlessness in children and adolescents (e.g. teething, mild abdominal complaints) with or without fever.

Viburcol is a homeopathic combination medicine made up of various individual homeopathic remedies whose medicinal pictures complement each other. Homeopathy is a regulatory therapy for acute and chronic illnesses.

The indications are derived from the homeopathic drug pictures. The following indications are authorised for this medicine:

• Restlessness in children and adolescents (e.g. teething, mild abdominal complaints) with and without fever.

The use of this homeopathic medicinal product in the above-mentioned indications is based exclusively on homeopathic experience. In severe forms of these diseases, clinically proven therapy is indicated. If you or your child do not feel better or even worse after 5 days, consult your doctor.

Directions for use

• Adolescents aged 12 years and over: 1 suppository 4 times a day, for acute symptoms: 1 suppository every 2 hours, up to 8 times a day
• Children from 6 to 11 years: 1 suppository 4 times a day, for acute symptoms: every 2 hours, up to 1 suppository 8 times a day
• Children from 2 to 5 years: 1 suppository 3 times a day, in case of acute symptoms: every 2 hours, up to 6 times a day 1 suppository
• Children from 6 months to 23 months: 3/4 1 suppository twice a day, for acute symptoms: every 2 hours, up to a maximum of 4 times a day 1 suppository
• Use in children from 6 months to 1 year of age only on medical advice. If the symptoms improve, the frequency of use should be reduced.
• Children under 6 months: The use of Viburcol in children under 6 months of age is not recommended as there is insufficient data available.

Route of administration:

• For rectal application (for insertion into the anus).

• 1 suppository of 1.1 g contains: The active substances are: Atropa bella-donna D2 1.1mg, Calcium carbonicum Hahnemanni D8 4.4mg, Matricaria recutita D1 1.1mg, Plantago major D3 1.1mg, Pulsatilla pratensis D2 2.2mg, Solanum dulcamara D4 1.1mg.
• The other ingredient is: Adeps solidus (hard fat)
