Seewald Ortho Cordyceps Extract Capsules are a dietary supplement with Cordyceps extract and vitamin C (Ester-C®). Cordyceps or caterpillar fungus has been used in Chinese medicine for centuries.

The dietary supplement with the medicinal mushroom cordyceps and vitamin C is a valuable addition to your diet. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism and normal functioning of the immune system. The medicinal mushroom Cordyceps is valued in traditional Chinese nutritional science as a supporter of Qi and Yang.

Cordyceps (caterpillar fungus, Cordyceps sinensis) was already a highly valued and almost priceless mushroom in the 15th century, ever since the yak herders in Tibet observed that their cattle benefited from eating it. The mushroom grows wild in the Tibetan highlands at altitudes of 3,000 to 5,000 metres, but is now also cultivated. In traditional Chinese dietetics, it is regarded as a supporter of Qi and Yang. Cordyceps extract also contains vitamin C (Ester-C®) with its many properties, in particular as a contribution to normal energy metabolism and to reducing tiredness; the special Ester-C® contains no free acid and is therefore considered to be better tolerated.
