Thanks to the astringent effect of the tannins on the skin, HELFE oak bark extract can be used in a wide variety of ways. How to use

Dosage: Sitting and partial bath: 2-3 tablespoons per application.
Bath duration approx. 15 minutes, bath temperature approx. 35°C.
Local application: 1 tbsp extract on a cotton pad soaked in water and dab the affected area. Never use undiluted for local use.
Notes: If skin irritation or allergies occur, discontinue use immediately.
