Healthy sleep is important for general well-being. We need it to recharge our batteries and to process the experiences of the day. There are many reasons why it can be difficult to fall asleep in the evening. Stress, a hectic pace, racing thoughts, an irregular daily routine or a time difference.

Melatonin levels also influence the time it takes to fall asleep. When it gets dark, the pineal gland in our brain produces melatonin. This messenger substance acts like a sleep signal.

The Neuro Sleep Melatonin 2-phase tablets provide the body with 1.2 mg melatonin in the first, quick-release phase to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. The second phase allows a gradual release of 0.6 mg melatonin over a period of several hours.

Ingredients: Fillers (calcium phosphates, microcrystalline cellulose), lavender flower extract, hop cone extract, filler calcium carbonate , stabiliser hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, passion flower extract, stabiliser cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, melatonin, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), colouring agents (betanin, anthocyanins).
Ingredients per daily dose (1 tablet): melatonin 1.8 mg, lavender flower extract 75 mg, hop cone extract 75 mg, passion flower extract 30 mg
