Safralind® MENO capsules are a dietary supplement with saffron, sage, vitamins and minerals for women going through the menopause.

Safralind Meno has been specially developed for use during the menopause. The saffron extract helps to maintain a good mood and contributes to relaxation and emotional balance. Sage contributes to a pleasant menopause and supports normal perspiration. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Calcium is needed to maintain normal bones and vitamin D contributes to normal blood calcium levels.

Changes during the menopause (menopause)

The menopause is not a disease, but a natural developmental phase in every woman's life. Nevertheless, many look forward to this stage of life with concern, as it is associated with a loss of youthfulness and various complaints. Exactly when the menopause begins varies from woman to woman, on average it occurs at the age of 51. At the beginning, also known as the perimenopause, menstruation (menstrual bleeding) is initially delayed and irregular until it finally stops altogether. This is due to changes in the hormone balance (oestrogen, progesterone).

What symptoms can occur?

What is Safralind® MENO?

Safralind® MENO is a dietary supplement that has been specially developed for use during the menopause. It contains vitamins, trace elements and plant extracts that are free from phytoestrogens. The extract from SAFRAN helps to maintain a good mood. SALLOW supports normal perspiration. VITAMIN B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and MAGNESIUM contributes to normal muscle function. CALCIUM is needed to maintain normal bones and VITAMIN D contributes to normal blood calcium levels.

Saffron: Contributes to relaxation and emotional balance and helps to maintain a good mood.
Sage: Contributes to a comfortable menopause and supports normal perspiration.
Vitamin B6: Contributes to a comfortable menopause and supports normal perspiration.

Directions for use

The recommended dose is 2 capsules daily, one in the morning and one in the evening. The capsules should be taken unchewed with sufficient liquid (e.g. a glass of water), preferably at the same time each day.
To achieve an optimum effect, continuous intake over at least 3 months is recommended, longer intake is possible without hesitation.

Ingredients: Calcium carbonate, sage extract, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), magnesium oxide, saffron extract (affron®), magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cholecalciferol.
