Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones. Provides protection and more energy.

Important components of normal thyroid metabolism are the amino acid L-tyrosine and the micronutrients iodine, selenium and iron. In this context, vitamin D3, zinc, copper and B vitamins make a valuable contribution as supporting factors. Vitamins C and E help to protect the cells from oxidative stress. Secondary plant substances such as OPC and resveratrol are valuable antioxidants that boost the function of the immune system. Ashwagandha, also known as sleeping berry, is a plant from Asia with a long tradition of use. The ingredients of the plant extract promote the balance between body and mind. Coenzyme Q10 plays an important role in energy metabolism.
