Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones. It helps protect the body and boost energy levels.

Key components of normal thyroid metabolism are the amino acid L-tyrosine and the micronutrients iodine, selenium and iron. In this context, vitamin D3, zinc, copper and B vitamins make a valuable contribution as supporting factors. Vitamins C and E help to protect cells from oxidative stress. Phytochemicals such as OPC and resveratrol, as valuable antioxidants, boost the function of the immune system. Ashwagandha, also known as ‘sleepberry’, is a plant native to Asia with a long history of traditional use. The constituents of the plant extract promote balance between body and mind. Coenzyme Q10 plays an important role in energy metabolism.
