Directions for use

1 sachet per day, maximum daily amount: 3 sachets per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Sanopal is best consumed 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal. Should not be consumed after 5 - 6 pm.
1 sachet contains 2.1 g alpha-ketoglutarate and 20m g 5-hydroxymethylfurfural.
Dilute 1 sachet with 1/4 litre of water and drink. Consume the opened sachet quickly.
Tip: Sanopal Basic Sachet can be combined with a double sachet of Sanopal Forte in a drink.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Grape juice concentrate, water, elderflower extract, prune juice concentrate, alpha-ketoglutaric acid, blueberry juice concentrate, elderberry juice concentrate, magnesium carbonate, acidity regulator: sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide. No preservatives, no added sugar. (naturally contains sugar).
Composition per 2 sachets: 4.8 g alpha ketoglutaric acid and 210 mg magnesium (56% of the recommended daily amount).
SANOPAL BASIC contains A5H - a patented active ingredient combination of AKG (alpha-ketoglutarate) and 5-HMF (5-hydroxymethylfurfural). 5-HMF is contained in prune juice concentrate.
Nutritional table per 100 ml concentrate: calorific value: 685 kJ/160 kcal, protein 0.67 g, carbohydrates 34.22 g, sugar 33.15 g, fat 0.099 g, saturated fatty acids 0.012 g, salt 0.81 g, dietary fibre 0.28 g, magnesium 300 mg.
