The effectiveness of SANOPAL BASIC is based on the synergistic combination of natural fruit extracts and key biochemical molecules:

Alpha-ketoglutaric acid (AKG): A key component of the citric acid cycle (energy production in cells). AKG supports the metabolism in efficiently converting nutrients into ATP (cellular energy) and promotes nitrogen excretion.
5-Hydroxymethylfurfural ( 5-HMF): This active ingredient is derived from prune juice concentrate. It is characterised by strong antioxidant properties and plays a crucial role in improving oxygen transport within the body.
A5H combination: The patented blend of AKG and 5-HMF enables the body to maintain performance under stressful conditions and to shorten recovery periods.
Magnesium: With 105 mg per sachet (30% of the recommended daily intake), it contributes to normal muscle function, electrolyte balance and the reduction of tiredness.
Fruit juice concentrates: The anthocyanins and vitamins from elderberry, blueberry and grape act as natural free radical scavengers and support general vitality.

Directions for use

1 sachet per day; maximum daily intake: 3 sachets per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Sanopal is best taken 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal. Should not be taken after 5–6 pm.
1 sachet contains 2.1 g of alpha-ketoglutarate and 20 mg of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural.
Dilute 1 sachet in 1/4 litre of water and drink. Consume opened sachets promptly.
Tip: Sanopal Basic sachets can be combined with a double sachet of Sanopal Forte in a single drink.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Grape juice concentrate, water, elderflower extract, prune juice concentrate, alpha-ketoglutaric acid, blueberry juice concentrate, elderberry juice concentrate, magnesium carbonate, acidity regulator: sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide. No preservatives, no added sugar. (contains naturally occurring sugars).
Composition per 2 sachets: 4.8 g alpha-ketoglutaric acid and 210 mg magnesium (56% of the recommended daily intake).
SANOPAL BASIC contains A5H – a patented combination of active ingredients comprising AKG (alpha-ketoglutarate) and 5-HMF (5-hydroxymethylfurfural). 5-HMF is present in the prune juice concentrate.
Nutritional information per 100 ml of concentrate: Energy: 685 kJ/160 kcal, protein: 0.67 g, carbohydrates: 34.22 g, sugars: 33.15 g, fat: 0.099 g, saturated fatty acids: 0.012 g, salt: 0.81 g, dietary fibre: 0.28 g, magnesium: 300 mg.
