The Nutri Store Omega-3-6-9 Linseed Oil Capsules are a dietary supplement for the supply of valuable unsaturated fatty acids, with 500 mg linseed oil per capsule.

Linseed oil is obtained from linseed, the ripe seeds of flax (Linum usitatissimum), by gentle cold pressing. Linseed oil consists of approx. 90% unsaturated fatty acids, with the essential omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) accounting for an exceptionally high proportion of 55%. ALA contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels, provided at least 2 grams are consumed daily. The essential omega-6 fatty acid linoleic acid and the omega-9 fatty acid oleic acid are also contained in linseed oil in remarkable quantities.

Each capsule contains 500 mg of pure linseed oil from controlled organic cultivation with 250 mg alpha-linolenic acid, 56 mg linoleic acid and 115 mg oleic acid. The cold-pressed, purely mechanically filtered linseed oil may still contain suspended matter that can be deposited in the capsule. However, this natural clouding has no influence on the shelf life and quality of the product.

Directions for use
Take 4 capsules twice daily unchewed with meals and sufficient liquid. Children under 12 years of age should take 1 capsule 3 times a day, preferably over a period of about 4 weeks.
