- Xanthohumol is a natural, active ingredient derived from hops which has relaxing properties and contributes significantly to healthy sleep. Dr. Böhm® Acute Sleep Aid is the first product with a guaranteed consistent content of xanthohumol.
- Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, thereby helping you to get sufficient sleep. Melatonin is a substance produced naturally by the body, which is released when darkness falls.
- Valerian contributes to restful sleep and has a positive effect on the time it takes to fall asleep and on sleeping through the night.

Directions for use
- Take 1 coated tablet shortly before going to bed (approx. 30 minutes) with sufficient liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- Notes: It is recommended that continuous use be limited to 3 months. After 3 months, Dr. Böhm® Fall Asleep and Stay Asleep Coated Tablets are available for longer-term use.
