Directions for use

If required, spraytwice into the back of the throat or under the tongueshortly before going to bed, or if you wake up during the night.
Xanthohumol and melatonin are fat-soluble substances; they have therefore been deliberatelydissolved in vegetable oil to ensure rapid absorption through the oral mucosa.The spray is also ideal for those who wake up during the first half of the night.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (= 2 sprays). It is recommended that
use of melatonin to a maximum of three months. After threemonths, the melatonin-free herbal medicineDr Böhm® Falling Asleep and Staying Asleep Coated Tablets, containing valerian, passion flower and lemon balm,isavailable forlong-term use.
Notes: One spray contains traces of alcohol (0.011 ml); therefore, use is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for people suffering from alcoholism.
