How to use
- If required, spray 2 puffs into the throat or under the tongue shortly before going to bed or when waking up at night.
- Xanthohumol and melatonin are fat-soluble substances, which is why they have been deliberately dissolved in vegetable oil to ensure rapid absorption through the oral mucosa. The spray is also ideal for those who wake up in the first half of the night.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (= 2 sprays). It is recommended to limit the continuous
- use of melatonin to a maximum of three months. After three months, you can take the melatonin-free herbal medicine Dr Böhm® Schlaf und Durchschlaf Dragees, with valerian, passionflower and lemon balm, for longer-term use.
- Notes: One spray contains traces of alcohol (0.011 ml), therefore its use is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or people suffering from alcoholism.
