How to use
- To shorten the time it takes to fall asleep: spray 2 puffs directly into the mouth approx. 30 minutes before going to bed (2 puffs = 1 mg melatonin). The positive effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before going to bed.
- For jet lag: spray 1 puff directly into the mouth before going to bed. The positive effect is achieved if at least 0.5 mg melatonin (=1 spray) is taken shortly before going to bed on the first day of travelling and on the first days after arrival at the destination.
- Advice: Do not take together with alcohol. Only take before going to bed and not before operating machinery or driving. Please keep the spray head closed with the cap after use to prevent contamination and drying out.
